How we deliver

From Inquiry to Service Follow-Up

A single path for standard and custom parts, with verification points before batch production starts.

01

Inquiry & Condition Review

Machine model, feed material and current wear problem are collected.

02

Drawing & Specification

Geometry, weight, grade and hardness targets are confirmed with you.

03

Material Proposal & Quotation

Chemistry, heat treatment route, lead time and price are issued.

04

Sample & First Article Check

New products are trial produced and fully inspected before batch run.

05

Batch Production & Testing

Melting, moulding, heat treatment, machining, NDT and mechanical tests.

06

Delivery & Service Follow-Up

Traceability records are supplied and wear performance is reviewed.

Engineering capability

Support Before, During and After Supply

We do not see ourselves as a pure manufacturer. Our engineers study machines, analyse material working conditions and improve the parts themselves.

Step 1

Listen to the operation

Engineers review your machine, feed and wear history, and discuss the problem directly with your maintenance team.

Step 2

Analyse machine and material

Working condition and material behaviour are analysed, including worn surfaces and the loads the part actually carries.

Step 3

Redesign and replace

The original part can be redesigned and substituted to help extend wear life and reduce change-out stops.

Have a wear problem we should look at?

Describe the machine, the feed and what the worn part looks like. We will come back with a material proposal and lead time.
