Grid geometry adjusted for stable discharge size

Grid geometry adjusted for stable discharge size

Hole size, hole shape and discharge angle adjusted to stabilise output sizing on a scrap line.

Background: output sizing varied between campaigns, which affected downstream separation and required additional re-handling. Solution: grid hole size, hole shape and discharge angle were adjusted to the target output, and the plate thickness was matched to the abrasion level observed on site. Scope: grid / screen plate, wear plate and condition tuning. Outcome: grids were produced to the revised geometry with dimensional inspection before dispatch.
