KINTES Technology invests in its own casting plant

KINTES Technology has invested in its own casting plant, bringing melting, heat treatment, moulding and inspection together under one production record system. Consolidating these steps in one facility shortens the coordination chain between process stages and keeps the traceability record of each casting complete from melt to dispatch. The plant supports the existing wear parts range, including hammers, grids, wear plates, rotor caps and hammer pins, with single piece weights from 5 kg to 19,000 kg.
